Join Jude and Charlotte for this brand new and exciting collaboration. Burn off your midweek hump with 45 minutes of energising, fun dance based fitness and then wind down with 45 minutes of deeply relaxing yin-style yoga, designed to restore balance to mind and body.

Each dance fit class will begin with technique-based exercises and progress into fun dance routines, covering a range of styles - ballet, modern and commercial dance. There is no need for any previous dance experience, just get moving to the music, have fun and improve your flexibility, strength and fitness levels.

After that, we cool down and stretch it out with 45 minutes of yin-style yoga - the perfect balm for mind and body and guaranteed to send you into Thursday refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your week.

What's more - you'll give something back with 10% of your fee donated to Nottingham Children's Hospital, The Big Appeal.
